Chinese Dietary Therapy

A healthy, balanced diet is an integral part of maintaining one's wellbeing. TCM categorises different types of everyday foods according to their properties and characteristics.  Chinese diet therapy is given taking into consideration your overall constitution as well as your condition. Like your main treatment, your dietary therapy is tailored to your specific needs.  Dietary therapy is a popular and convenient way of adding on to the effect of your main treatment and can be easily incorporated into your daily routine with minimal effort.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a therapy which involves using a special tool to rub along the surface of the meridians thereby promoting blood circulation and metabolic processes.  The patient experiences immediate relief from pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, nausea, and many other symptoms.

Gua Sha is valuable in the prevention and treatment of acute infectious illness, upper respiratory and digestive problems, and many other acute or chronic disorders.
